Carl Gramm , also Karl Gramm (born 1855 ; died March 27, 1927 ) was an Austrian composer of workers' songs .

The socialist march composed for the Erfurt party congress in 1891 was made by Carl Gramm, about whose life little is known so far . His compositions from the series “The Free Singer. After him was in 1929 Wien-Floridsdorf the Karl-gram alley named.
