Carl Martin Spengler

Carl Martin Spengler (born March 4, 1960 in Leipzig ) is a German actor .

Life

Spengler, who was born in Leipzig, studied at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art in Berlin and was mainly seen as an actor in fairy tale and historical films until shortly after the end of the GDR .

Spengler is a co-founder of the Theater im Palais , in whose productions he also appears regularly.

reception

The critic Ingeborg Pietzsch praised Spengler as an "actor who knows how to use language excellently and who never succumbs to the superficial".
