Carl Meyrich

Carl Gustav Meyrich (born October 9, 1892 in Frauenstein (Erzgebirge) , † January 16, 1981 in Étaillé ) was a German economist and statistician.

Life

After receiving his doctorate in Leipzig in 1940, he became a professor of statistics, economics and actuarial mathematics in Halle an der Saale in 1947. From 1950 to 1955 he worked at the Federal Statistical Office .
