Carl rings
Carl Rings (born December 27, 1807 in Thal ; † December 20, 1860 there ) was a German politician .
Rings was the son of Johann Christian rings and his wife Anna Maria Luise nee Hentzen. Rings remained unmarried.
From 1850 to 1853 he was a member of the special state parliament for the Principality of Pyrmont . From 1859 to 1860 he was a member of the state parliament of the Principality of Waldeck-Pyrmont . He was elected in the constituency of Pyrmont.
