Carlo Borghesio

Carlo Borghesio (born June 24, 1905 in Turin , † November 12, 1983 ibid) was an Italian screenwriter and film director .

Life

Borghesio first appeared as assistant director for Mario Mattòli and Alessandro Blasetti , later as a screenwriter for Oreste Biancoli and Mario Soldati . From 1939 he made 17 films under his own direction; including a trilogy with Erminio Macario .
