Carlos Alberto Novoa de Agustini

Carlos Alberto Novoa de Agustini OFMCap (born October 15, 1966 in Lomas de Zamora , Province of Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is an Argentine clergyman. In December 2013 he was appointed auxiliary bishop in Lomas de Zamora , but a few days later declared that he would renounce the office of bishop.

Life

Carlos Alberto Novoa de Agustini joined the religious order of the Capuchins and made temporary profession on February 1, 1986 . He made his perpetual profession on March 2, 1991. Novoa de Agustini received on 18 May 1996 the auxiliary bishop of Buenos Aires , Jorge Mario Bergoglio SJ , the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On December 3, 2013 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Masclianae and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Lomas de Zamora. On December 13, 2013, he waived his appointment.
