Carlos Nozal Vega

Carlos Nozal Vega (born May 15, 1981 in Barakaldo ) is a Spanish cyclist .

Carlos Nozal won a stage in the Vuelta a Palencia in 2003. In 2005 he became a professional with the Portuguese cycling team L.A. Aluminios-Liberty Seguros . In the Tour of Portugal in 2006 , he won the fourth stage from Viseu to São João da Madeira . In the 2007 season he was successful on a section of the Volta ao Sotavento Algarvio.

Carlos Nozal is the younger brother of Isidro Nozal , who wore the gold jersey for 16 days at the 2003 Vuelta a España and came second overall.
