Carlos Valdes (actor)
Carlos Valdes (born April 20, 1989 in Cali ) is an American - Colombian actor . He became known for his role as Cisco Ramon in the television series The Flash . He also plays the same character in several episodes of the Arrow series . He is also a member of the musical group StarKid Productions , for whose musical Me and My Dick he composed several songs in 2009.
