Carlos Virgilio Ferrer Argote
Carlos Virgilio Ferrer Argote (born September 12, 1941 in Mexico City ) is a former Mexican ambassador .
Life
Carlos Virgilio Ferrer Argote holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from El Colegio de Mexico. He studied institutions and politics in the United States at Brown University .
He entered the foreign service in 1964, was accredited at the Consulate in Sacramento and with the governments of Jamaica , Ghana and Cuba . From 1982 to 1989 he was ambassador to Addis Ababa , Ethiopia and at the same time accredited to the government of Nigeria .
