Caroline Mall-Winterstein (born August 9, 1967 in Reinach ) is a Swiss politician (SVP) and since 2011 district administrator of the canton of Basel-Landschaft .

Life

Caroline Mall-Winterstein grew up in Reinach and attended elementary school there. She completed a commercial apprenticeship in Basel , which she completed in 1987. She then worked in the banking sector at UBS in Basel and Geneva , at Crédit Suisse in Geneva and at Kreissparkasse in Germany .

Mall-Winterstein is a housewife , mother of three children and is studying law at the University of Bern .

politics

Mall-Winterstein has been a resident and school councilor in Reinach since 2008 and president of the SVP Reinach BL section since 2009. Since 2011 she has been the district administrator and a member of the education, culture and sports directorate and the inter-parliamentary business audit commission of the University of Basel . She has been a member of the SVP Switzerland Education Commission since 2013.
