The Carr Valley is a valley on the north coast of South Georgia in the South Atlantic . On the Thatcher Peninsula , it is between Stenhouse Peak and Camp Peak . It opens north to Curlew Cove .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2007 after the married couple Tim and Pauline Carr, who settled in South Georgia in 1992 and who were both curators of the South Georgia Museum until 2007 .
