Caspar Dohmen

Caspar Dohmen (* 1967 in Cologne ) is a German business journalist and author.

Life

Dohmen studied economics and politics in Cologne. During his studies he worked as a freelance writer for WDR . After his traineeship at the Rheinische Post , he worked as a business editor for Wiesbadener Kurier , as a financial editor for the Handelsblatt and as a business correspondent for the Süddeutsche Zeitung . He primarily publishes reports, radio features, portraits and reviews in newspapers and on the radio, and works primarily on topics at the interface between social and economic development. Dohmen is a member of the Freischreiber Free Organization, the Weitblick network and the Association of German Scientists. For Deutschlandfunk, he has worked on 30 programs in the daily “ Background ” magazine .
