Cassius Rospatt

Cassius Rospatt (born April 9, 1830 in Münstereifel , † October 11, 1917 ) was a German judge .

Life

In 1851 the Prussian Rospatt was sworn in and only became a regular assessor in 1865. In 1871 he was appointed regional judge. In 1882 he became a higher regional judge. In 1886 he was appointed to the Imperial Court. He was active in the 2nd Civil Senate . With his 50-year service anniversary in 1901, he was awarded the Red Eagle Order II. Class with Oak Leaves and he then retired.

family

The professor of history at the University of Münster and late Enlightenment Johann Joseph Rospatt (1801-1881) was his father. The Prussian administrative officer and member of the state parliament Lambert Rospatt (1829–1902) and the Berlin civil engineering officer Theodor Rospatt (1831–1901) were his brothers.
