Cat Ridge is a ridge up to 1200 m high on the Black Coast of the Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises west-northwest of Palmer Inlet in the middle of the Gain Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names awarded him in 1976 a descriptive name, since it from the north east in shape to an outstretched cat ( English cat ) recalls.
