Catarina Costa (born September 21, 1996 ) is a Portuguese judoka .

Catarina Costa fought in the youth division in the weight class up to 44 kilograms. In 2014 she was fifth at the European Junior Championships and the U21 World Championships.

Since the end of 2014 she has been fighting in the super lightweight, the weight class up to 48 kilograms. In 2018 she won the Grand Prix tournament in Antalya. At the 2018 World Championships in Baku, she lost in the quarter-finals to Mongolian Mönchbatyn Urantsetseg and defeated Spanish Julia Figueroa in the round of hope . In the battle for a bronze medal, she was defeated by the Argentine Paula Pareto . In 2019 she took third place at both the Grand Slam in Düsseldorf and the Grand Slam in Baku . At the European Championships held as part of the 2019 European Games in Minsk, she was defeated in the semi-finals by Russian Irina Dolgowa and in the battle for bronze to Julia Figueroa. At the 2019 World Championships, she lost to the Ukrainian Darja Bilodid in the second round . In October 2019, she defeated the German Katharina Menz in the semifinals of the Grand Slam in Brasília and the Brazilian Gabriela Chibana in the final .
