Judo Grand Slam tournament in Baku
The Grand Slam tournament in Baku is a judo tournament in Baku . It is the fourth Judo Grand Slam tournament on the annual calendar .
The Grand Slam tournament has been held since 2013 and followed the Grand Prix tournament in Baku, which has been held since 2011. In 2018 the tournament was canceled because of the World Championships held in Baku in the same year, and in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic .
2013 tournament winner list
The first Grand Slam tournament in Baku took place on May 4th and 5th, 2013. With Rüstm Orucov , Shahin Garamanov and Elxan Məmmədov , three winners came from Azerbaijan.
