Catering Management (CM) is a specialist newspaper aimed primarily at community caterers and catering companies. The title is published by FORUM Zeitschriften und Spezialmedien GmbH , a subsidiary of the Forum Media Group . The first edition appeared in 1991.
Brief description
The large readership of the highest-circulation GV specialist magazine in Germany includes caterers , decision-makers in the field of large- scale catering, from the vending industry, from the areas of company catering, event catering, care and school catering and operators of public buildings.
Four times a year, the newspaper also comes with Supplement Vending Management , which reports on innovations, trends and the latest news in the vending machine industry.
Catering Management is already in its 18th year.
