Catharina Neelissen
Catharina Eline Maria "Catalien" Neelissen (born November 4, 1961 in Haarlem ) is a former Dutch rower .
The 1.77 m tall Catharina Neelissen competed in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles in a four with helmsman and in eight . The foursome with Marieke van Drogenbroek , Anne-Marie Quist , Catharina Neelissen, Willemien Vaandrager and taxwoman Martha Laurijsen finished second behind the Romanians and then won the repechage . In the final, the Dutch women finished fifth, 0.68 seconds behind the third-placed Australians. The rowers of the Dutch four-man also competed with the eighth on the final day and won the bronze medal behind the boats from the United States and Romania.
