In 2007, Cedegim acquired the US group Dendrite International, and in the following year the French software manufacturer 01 Santé SA . and in 2010 the US software manufacturer PULSE Systems, Inc. and SK&A Information Services, Inc., also from the USA, followed in 2012 by the takeover of the French software manufacturer ASP Line .
