Celina Jaitley Jiya (* 9. June 1981 in Kabul , Afghanistan ) is an Indian Bollywood - Actress .
Life
Celina Jaitley was born in Kabul , Afghanistan in 1981 . Her Indian father is a former army officer, her mother an Afghan child psychologist and former beauty queen. Jaitley grew up in different cities but spent most of her childhood in Kolkata . She was raised a Hindu .
In 2001, Jaitley followed in her mother's footsteps and was crowned Miss India . She won several other awards, including the MTV Most Wanted Award, and starred in several Indian films and music videos.
On March 24, 2012, Celina and her husband Peter Haag became the proud parents of twins.
