The Centro de Estudios de Historia del Antiguo Oriente ( CEHAO ) (Spanish for Center for the Study of the History of the Ancient Orient ) of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina is a research institution for the history and archeology of the Ancient Orient in Buenos Aires .
The CEHAO publishes the journal Antiguo Oriente , Damqatum , the CEHAO newsletter and, together with the Society of Biblical Literature, the Internet monograph series Ancient Near East Monographs (ANEM).
