The Cerro Chungungo ( Spanish ) is a hill on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . At Cape Shirreff , the northern end of the John Paul II peninsula , it rises south-southeast of Playa Chungungo .
Chilean scientists named it in connection with the beach of the same name after the common Chilean name for the coastal otter ( Lontra felina ).
