Cerros Azules is a town in Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the Maldonado department in sector 5 . Cerros Azules is north of the Río-de-la-Plata coastal towns of Solís and Bella Vista and southeast of Gregorio Aznárez . The Arroyo de las Espinas flows through the village .

Culture
In the village is the Museo del Indio y la Megafauna , a museum equipped with an archaeological and paleontological collection. The museum is privately run by Wálter Suárez .
