Cezar Manfron

Antônio Cezar Manfron de Barros (born June 1, 1962 in Almirante Tamandaré ) is a Brazilian entrepreneur and local politician of the PSB .

Cezar Manfron was from January 1, 1997, succeeding Arcenideo Felix Gulin , called Cide Gulin, prefect of the city of Almirante Tamandaré in the state of Paraná . At that time he was a member of the PSB . In the local elections in 1996 for the office of city prefect (mayor) he received 48.7% of the vote. During his tenure, he established the Circuito da Natureza de Turismo Rural , a large-scale natural hiking trail system that opened up the Almirante Tamandaré district for tourism, especially from the Curitiba metropolitan area .

In 2000 he was re-elected to office. Through a support alliance of 12 parties (PPB, PDT, PTB, PST, PSL, PSC, PL, PMN, PV, PRP, PSDB, PSB) he was able to unite 56.88% of the votes. His term of office ended on December 31, 2004. He was succeeded by Vilson Goinski of the PMDB .

In the local elections in 2012 for the city chamber of Almirante Tamandaré, the Câmara Municipal, in which he ran for the Partido Democrática Trabalhista (PDT), he could not win a seat. Cezar Manfron is married and lives in Almirante Tamandaré.
