The Chamen Bridge is a road bridge in the West African state of Gambia . The 45 meter long bridge spans the Nianija Bolong west of Chamen . It crosses a road from Chamen to Njau and was built between 2001 and 2002. It replaced a wooden bridge that had to be constantly repaired.
