Chandra Kala Lamgade (born September 10, 1993 ) is a Nepalese athlete who competes in both the shot put and the javelin throw .

Athletic career

Chandra Kala Lamgade gained her first international experience at the South Asian Games in Guwahati in 2016 , where she took fourth place in the shot put with a distance of 11.03 m. The following year she took part in the Asian Championships in Bhubaneswar and came in 13th place with 43.46 m in the javelin throw. In 2019 she set a new national record at the South Asian Games in Kathmandu with 12.52 m, finishing fifth. In addition, she rose to 44.42 m in the javelin throw and was sixth.

In 2019, Lamgade became the Nepalese champion in shot put and javelin throw.
