The Changsha IFS Tower ( Chinese 長沙 國際 金融 中心 / 长沙 国际 金融 中心 , Pinyin Chángshā Guójì Jīnróng Zhōngxīn ) is a building complex in Changsha , China, consisting of two skyscrapers .

The taller of the two towers (T1) measures 452 meters and has 94 floors. The second tower (T2) is slightly lower at 315 meters and has 63 floors. In contrast to T1, which is also used as a hotel, this is a pure office building. The complex was completed in 2017, after almost 5 years of construction, and opened a year later. The Changsha IFS Tower T1 is the tallest building in the city and one of the tallest in the world . In addition, retail space is being created in the tower base. The entire complex has a usable area of around 700,000 m² and is therefore one of the largest usable buildings in terms of area .
