The Changtok Sar I is a 6972  m (according to other sources 7045 m) high mountain in the central Karakoram in the autonomous region of Xinjiang ( People's Republic of China ).

It is located in Panmah Muztagh about 3.5 km from the Pakistani border. The mountain is connected to Karpogo Sar I , 2.5 km south-southwest, via a ridge . The first ascent took place on July 24, 1994.
