Chapman medal

The Chapman Medal (English: Chapman Medal ) is an astronomy award from the British Royal Astronomical Society . The prize has been awarded since 1973 for outstanding merits in solar-terrestrial physics, including geomagnetism and aeronomy . The award is named after the astronomer Sydney Chapman .
