Charles Brewer (* 15. October 1969 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania , USA ) is a retired American boxer in the super middleweight division .
On June 12, 1997 Brewer won the vacant World Championship belt of the WBA against Gary Ballard . In 1998 he lost this controversial title in Düsseldorf to Sven Ottke through a split point decision.
