Charles I. Jones

Charles "Chad" Irving Jones (* 1967 ) is an American economist. He works as a professor of economics at Stanford University .

Life

Jones received his AB from Harvard University in 1989 and his PhD in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1993 . Among other things, he deals with the endogenous growth theory to which he contributed his Jones model in 1995 . In 2019 Jones was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences .
