Charles Wilson (journalist)
Charles Wilson (born August 18, 1940 ) is a Scottish journalist and newspaper editor .
Life
Wilson was editor of The Times (1985–1990) and The Independent (1995–1996).
He was married to presenter and journalist Anne Robinson , who has a daughter. He later married the journalist Sally O'Sullivan, with whom he has two other children.
In 2006 he was appointed chairman of the jury for the British Press Award.
