Charles Joseph "Charlie" Weis (born March 30, 1956 in Trenton , New Jersey ) is an American American football coach. He is the Head Coach of the University of Kansas and previously trained in the National Football League (NFL) and was Head Coach of the Fighting Irish at the University of Notre Dame .

Athletic career

He signed in December 2004 a six-year contract with the Fighting Irish, who gave him two million dollars earned each year.
