Charlotte Boch
Charlotte Boch ( August 17, 1868 in Heidelberg - March 14, 1931 ibid) was a German theater actress .
Life
Boch, the daughter of a university professor and granddaughter of the President of the Frankfurt National Assembly Heinrich von Gagern , went to the stage without having received any dramatic lessons and began her career at the court theater in Karlsruhe, where she made her debut as "Louise", followed by the court theater in 1890 Stuttgart and was hired for the Frankfurt theater in 1895. "An organic ailment forced her to renounce the stage at the height of her art. When she parted, she was made an honorary member," as an obituary in the 1932 German Stage Yearbook said.
