The Charstnica (German Karstnitz Bach , Kashubian Charztnica ) is a small river in the north-west of the Polish Pomeranian Voivodeship within the Słupsk ( Stolp ) district.

The Charstnica rises southeast of Słupsk in the north of the village Warblewo ( Warbelow ) and flows in a north-easterly direction until it flows into the Łupawa ( Lupow ) at Damno . Over a length of ten kilometers it flows through the municipal areas of Gmina Słupsk (rural municipality of Stolp ) and Damnica ( Hebrondamnitz ).
