The Chau Chau Kang Nilda (also Guan Nelda ) is a 6303  m high mountain in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh in the western Himalayas .

The name of the mountain has roughly the same meaning: "Snow princess on whom the sun and moon shine".

The mountain is located 13 km northeast of Kaza , the main town in the hospital , in the districts of Lahaul and Spiti . The Chau Chau Kang Nilda was first climbed in 1939 by JOM Roberts (James Owen Merion Roberts) over the river valley of the Shilla Nala and the east or south-east ridge.
