Chelu
Chelu ( Chinese 车陆乡 , Pinyin chelu Xiang ) is a municipality in the district Xunke the city of Heihe in the northeastern Chinese province of Heilongjiang . The community has an area of 580 km² and almost 8,000 inhabitants (end of 2009). It is located on the south bank of Heilong Jiang , directly across from Russia . Wheat and soy are mainly grown in Chelu . Fishing also plays an important role in Heilong Jiang. The community belongs to the traditional settlement areas of the Russians in China.
Administrative structure
Chelu is made up of ten villages. These are:
- Village of Chelu of the Russians (车 陆 俄罗斯 族 村), center, seat of the municipal government;
- Daogan village of the Russians (道 干 俄罗斯 族 村);
- Dongshuanghe Village (东 双 河村);
- Village Hongfeng (宏丰村);
- Village Hongjiang the Russians (宏疆俄罗斯族村);
- Hongwei Village (宏伟 村);
- Kurbin village (库尔 滨 村);
- Limin village (利民 村);
- Weidong Village (卫东 村);
- Xishuanghe Village (西 双 河村).
