Chen Bingde

Chen Bingde ( Chinese 陈炳德 , Pinyin Chén Bĭngdé ; born July 1941 in Nantong , Jiangsu ) is a Chinese military man. From 2007 to 2012 he was Chief of Staff of the People's Liberation Army .
Chen Bingde has been a member of the People's Liberation Army since 1961 and of the Chinese Communist Party since 1962 . He was a member of the Central Military Commission , the highest management body of the People's Liberation Army.
