Chen Dequan ( Chinese  陳德 全 , Pinyin Chén Déquán ; born August 30, 1995 in Liaoning ) is a Chinese short tracker .

At the Short Track Junior World Championships in Melbourne in 2012 , he won the silver medal over 1000 m and with the 3000 m relay. At the 2012 World Championships he reached seventh place over 1000 m. In the 2012/13 Short Track World Cup , he reached the podium twice with the relay. Chen won the bronze medal on the short track with the 5000 m relay at the 2014 Winter Olympics . At the 2014 World Cup in Montreal , he won the silver medal in the 3000m superfinal. At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, he won the silver medal over 5000 m with the relay.
