Chen Qingying

Chen Qingying ( Chinese  陈庆英 , Pinyin Chén Qìngyīng ; born October 21, 1941 in Nanchong , Sichuan , Republic of China ) is a Chinese Tibetologist . He is the director of the Historical Research Institute of the Chinese Tibetological Research Center (Zhongguo Zangxue yanjiu zhongxin) founded in Beijing in 1986 and is known as the author of a history of Tibet that has been translated into many languages .
