Chiara Kirstein (born September 9, 1993 in Oberhausen ) is a German soccer player who was temporarily under contract with Bundesliga club MSV Duisburg .

Career

The first club of the Kirstein, who was born in Oberhausen and now lives in Gelsenkirchen , was Rot-Weiß Oberhausen . Later she played as a pupil or youth at FC Karnap and from 2007 to 2010 at FCR Duisburg, with whom she was runner-up in the B-Juniors in 2008/09. Her first position as a goalkeeper for a women's team was the Turnerbund Heißen in Mülheim an der Ruhr . For the 2012/13 season she was committed again to FCR. Originally, she was intended for the second team, but was already in the preparatory phase due to personnel shortages temporarily in the squad of the Bundesliga team and was among other things in the game against Paris Saint-Germain in goal. She played her first championship game in the women's Bundesliga on March 3, 2013 in the encounter against Bayer Leverkusen .
