The China International Capital Corporation Ltd. (CICC) is a Chinese investment bank . It is the first and to this day also the largest investment bank in the country. The company was founded in 1995 and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange the following year . The headquarters are located in the China World Trade Center in Beijing . In addition to the locations in China, the bank also has international locations in Hong Kong , New York , San Francisco , Singapore , London and Frankfurt . The bank is currently 55.68% owned by Central Huijin Investment Ltd., 24.75% of the shares are held by other shareholders, the rest of the shares are held by investment companies.
