Nanning China Resources Tower or China Resources Center Block A is a super-tall skyscraper under construction in Nanning ( Guangxi ) in the People's Republic of China . The structure will be 445 meters high. Construction began in 2014 and is expected to be completed in 2019. [obsolete] When completed, the skyscraper will be the tallest building in Guangxi Province and one of the tallest in the world.
