The Chingford Stables are a historic structure in the North East Valley in Dunedin, New Zealand . The style of the Gothic Revival of basalt built stables are from the New Zealand Historic Places Trust as under number 2146 Category I Historic Place classified. The two-storey building with 6 gables was stylistically adapted to the corresponding wooden residential building.

The interior was greatly changed, an external staircase was added to the rear and the leaded glass windows were replaced by painted wooden panels.

They were built in 1872 for the Dunedin businessman PC Neill and housed the horses of Dunedin businessmen. Neill used the stable from around 1872 to 1937. The stable building is now used for private and public events.

The stable is located in Chingford Park , named after him, which also houses the Leith Valley Cross Country Club, Dunedin Archery Club, a children's playground and a permanent orienteering track . This site was also owned by Neill.
