The Chongqing IFS T1 is a skyscraper in Jiangbei ( Chongqing ) in the People's Republic of China . It is 316 meters high and is currently the second tallest building in the city. Construction began in 2012 and construction work was completed in 2016. The building is part of the Chongqing International Finance Square , a newly constructed business complex with a total floor space of over 600,000 m². The building houses office space and a hotel.
