The CHORUS Clean Energy AG is a company , the solar and onshore wind farm operates and services for investments in the field of renewable energy offers. According to its own information, Chorus currently (September 2016) operates over 90 systems in seven European countries and currently manages a portfolio with a total output of more than 510 megawatts. Chorus covers the investment cycle from asset sourcing to economic, technical and legal due diligence , commercial asset management and the control and monitoring of technical operations management through to the sale of the assets.
history
The Chorus Group was founded in 1998 and has been investing exclusively in renewable energies since 2006. This resulted in the merger of a large part of the existing portfolio of solar and wind parks with the asset management activities in 2014, the Chorus Clean Energy AG. The business activities of the Group is now divided into three segments: "generating electricity from solar energy", "Electricity generation from wind energy" and "Asset Management".
In October 2015, the company went public on the regulated market ( Prime Standard ) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange . From August 11 to October 13, 2016, Chorus Clean Energy was also listed in the SDAX , a selection index of the German stock exchange. Inclusion in the Prime Standard ended in May 2017, and in August 2017 - after being taken over by Capital Stage AG - the independent stock exchange listing.
