Christian Bischoff (Author)

Christian Bischoff (born July 20, 1976 in Gießen ) is a speaker , personality trainer and author of several business books. He is a former basketball player and coach.

Career

In the 1995/1996 season Christian Bischoff won the championship in the second basketball league with TG Landshut . For the German national junior team, he was at two European championships (1993 and 1994). After graduating from high school, Bischoff first played in the USA before a back injury forced him to end his playing career at the age of 19.

In the same year Christian Bischoff became a coach and was head coach of the TG Hitachi Landshut (former club name) for six years. He then moved to the Bundesliga basketball team Brose Baskets Bamberg (then: TSK Bamberg) as an assistant coach before becoming head coach in the Bundesliga.

With reference to his age, Bischoff retired a short time later to the position of assistant coach in order to lead the Bamberg Bundesliga team at the side of the former national coach and former head coach of Bayern Munich , Dirk Bauermann , before he spent several years in the Brose youth program Baskets Bamberg built up. Bischoff also worked as a trainer and trainer instructor for the German Basketball Association (DBB) .

In 2007 Christian Bischoff turned his back on basketball. Since then he has worked as an author and speaker. Bischoff is a consultant in the private sector in German-speaking countries.

Lectures in schools

With the school tour “Make the positive difference”, Christian Bischoff gives lectures on personality training for secondary school students.
