Christian Friedrich Bolley

Christian Friedrich Bolley (born September 21, 1763 in Neuenbürg ; † February 20, 1824 in Göppingen ) was a Württemberg chief bailiff .

Life and work

Christian Friedrich Bolley was the son of the town clerk of Neuenbürg. He attended the Hohe Karlsschule in Stuttgart from 1784 to 1788 and studied law there. In 1788 he became lawyer and councilor. In 1798 he went to Lichtenstern as a cloister steward with the title of Oberamtmann. From 1803 to 1807 he headed the Oberamt Heidenheim , 1807 briefly the Oberamt Rottweil , from 1807 to 1810 the Oberamt Welzheim , from 1810 to 1819 the Oberamt Maulbronn and from 1819 to 1823 the Oberamt Göppingen . He was quickly retired in April 1823 as a result of an exchange with the king and died the following February.
