Christian Friedrich Loew

Georg Christian Friedrich Löw (born September 17, 1778 in Plochingen , † September 20, 1843 in Beuren ) was a Württemberg mayor and member of the state parliament.

life and work

Christian Friedrich Löw was the son of the postman Amandus Friedrich Löw in Plochingen and Friederika Kugler. From 1804 to 1839 he was mayor of the municipality of Beuren. At first he held the office as the official appointed by the king, later he was elected by the citizens. Löw died of a stroke.

politics

He represented the constituency of Nürtingen in the state assemblies from 1815 to 1817 and took part in the sessions of the state parliament during this time.
