Career

The 1.71 m tall right-footed player began his career at SV Bammersdorf and SV Gloria Weilersbach and youth teams from 1. FC Nürnberg before moving to TSV Vestenbergsgreuth in 1996 . He continued his professional career at 1. FC Nürnberg in 1996/97 and then played for SpVgg Greuther Fürth from 1998 to 2002 . During this time he came to 184 second division appearances (2 goals). In 2002 the midfielder moved to Karlsruher SC (72 games, 2 goals in the 2nd Bundesliga) and then joined the upper division Eintracht Trier in 2006 . From the 2007/08 season he played for the current regional league club 1. FC Eintracht Bamberg . On March 27, 2010, Hassa dissolved his contract with the Bambergers and ended his sporting career in order to concentrate more on his new employer (with a focus on mobile communications). For the new 2010/2011 Bayern league season, however, he is again tying his shoes for Eintracht from Bamberg.
